Payment: Full rental payment is required upon booking confirmation.
ID Verification: Please present a valid National ID / Passport upon check-in for registration and key handover.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Ladera assumes no liability for lost or stolen items during your stay.
Prohibited Activities:
No gambling in any form.
No viewing or broadcasting of illegal, pornographic, or politically sensitive material.
No prostitution or bringing unregistered sex workers into the premises.
No possession or use of illegal substances or narcotics.
No possession or trade of weapons, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.
Property Care & Damages: Please handle all equipment and facilities with care. Any damage or loss will be charged based on the full repair or replacement cost.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fee of 1,000,000 VND will be charged for room deodorization if indoor smoking occurs.
Cleanliness & Waste: Maintain general hygiene and dispose of trash in designated bins.
Guest Registration: Only registered guests are allowed on site. Guests bear 100% responsibility and liability for any unregistered individuals during local authority inspections.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please lock all doors and turn off electrical appliances when leaving the premises.
Keycard Return: Return keycards upon check-out. A replacement fee of 1,000,000 VND per card applies if lost.
